"Great Food.. Even Better Service!"
We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and decided to stay in and have dinner at the Shining View restaurant the first night after a long day of travel. The food was delicious, but the star of the show is the staff. Everyone is just lovely and does a wonderful job of making sure you have a great dining experience from start to finish. The buffet breakfast is excellent as well. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed in the hotel for a week for business travel. Feel very welcome in the hotel and also the restaurant. Very good chef over there and nice staff! 100% recommend to visitor to Hanoi !
